Account Setup

Configure your BuildVision AI account and invite your team.

Company Profile

Set up your company information so quotes and documents look professional.

Access Company Settings

1. Click your profile icon in the top right
2. Select Settings
3. Go to Company tab

Add Your Company Info

Fill in your business details:

Upload Your Logo

Your logo appears on quotes, proposals, and exported documents.

1. Click Upload Logo
2. Select an image file (PNG or JPG recommended)
3. Recommended size: 400x100 pixels or larger
4. Click Save

Invite Team Members

Add your estimators, project managers, and other staff.

Open User Management

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Click Invite User

Send Invitations

Enter the email addresses of people you want to invite:

• One email per line
• Or separate with commas
• Click Send Invites

They'll receive an email with a link to create their account.

Set Permissions

When inviting users, assign their role:

Notification Settings

Control what emails and alerts you receive.

1. Go to Settings → Notifications
2. Toggle notifications on/off:
   • Project updates - when someone changes your projects
   • Document uploads - when new files are added
   • Invoice alerts - payment reminders and due dates
   • Team activity - when team members join or leave

API Keys (Advanced)

If you need to integrate BuildVision with other software:

1. Go to Settings → API Keys
2. Click Generate New Key
3. Copy and save your key securely
