Billing & Subscription

Manage your plan, payments, and account.

Current Plan

View your subscription:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. See your current plan details:
    • Plan name
    • Price per month/year
    • Next billing date
    • Users included
    • Storage used

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Billing

Navigate to SettingsBilling.

Click Upgrade

Click Upgrade Plan or Change Plan.

Select New Plan

Choose the plan that fits your needs.

Enter Payment

Add or confirm payment method:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal (some regions)

Confirm

Review and confirm the upgrade.

Changes take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading Your Plan

Before Downgrading

Check that you'll stay within limits:

  • Users - Remove users over the new limit
  • Storage - Delete files if over new limit
  • Features - Some features may not be available

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Acknowledge feature changes
  5. Confirm downgrade
⚠️

Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period. You'll have access to current features until then.

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBillingPayment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter card details
  4. Save

Supported Methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal (some regions)

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Click Edit on current method
  3. Update details
  4. Save

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You receive email notification
  2. 3-day grace period
  3. Update payment method
  4. Retry automatically or manually

Billing History

View Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBillingHistory
  2. See all past invoices
  3. Click any invoice to view/download

Download Invoices

Each invoice available as PDF:

  • Click invoice
  • Click Download PDF
  • Use for accounting/expenses

Invoice Details

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Items and amounts
  • Payment status
  • Payment method used

Canceling Your Subscription

Before Canceling

Consider:

  • Downgrade instead of cancel
  • Pause if temporary (contact support)
  • Export data you want to keep

How to Cancel

Go to Billing

Navigate to SettingsBilling.

Click Cancel Subscription

At bottom of page, click Cancel Subscription.

Select Reason

Tell us why you're leaving:

  • Too expensive
  • Missing features
  • Not using it
  • Switching to competitor
  • Other

Confirm Cancellation

Review what happens:

  • Access until end of billing period
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate within 30 days

Click Confirm Cancellation.

⚠️

Important: After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Export anything you need before canceling.

What Happens After Cancellation

Reactivating After Cancellation

Within 30 days:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Billing
  3. Click Reactivate
  4. Choose a plan
  5. Your data is restored

After 30 days:

  • Data is gone
  • Start fresh with new account

Deleting Your Account

Complete account deletion:

  1. Go to SettingsAccount
  2. Scroll to Delete Account
  3. Enter your password
  4. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  5. Account immediately deleted

This is permanent and irreversible. All your data, projects, documents, and history are immediately and permanently deleted. There is no recovery option.

Enterprise Billing

For Enterprise plans:

  • Custom pricing
  • Annual invoicing
  • Purchase orders accepted
  • Dedicated support

Tax Information

Sales Tax

Tax applied based on your location:

  • US: State sales tax where applicable
  • EU: VAT
  • Other: Local tax laws

Tax Exemption

If you're tax exempt:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Tax Settings
  3. Upload exemption certificate
  4. Tax removed from future invoices

Business Address

Update billing address:

  1. Go to BillingBilling Info
  2. Edit company name and address
  3. This appears on invoices
