Accessing Bob

Chat Button

Click the chat button in the bottom right corner of any screen.

Keyboard Shortcut

Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open Bob anywhere.

Tips for Better Results

Be Specific

• Good: "Create a quote for Smith Kitchen with rough-in electrical"
• Less good: "Make a quote"

Use Natural Language

Talk to Bob like a person:

• "Hey Bob, can you show me..."
• "I need to find..."
• "What's the status of..."

Ask for Help

If you're unsure, ask:

• "What can you do?"

• "Help me with..."

Privacy & Data

• Bob only accesses data in your BuildVision account
• Conversations are not used to train external AI models
• Data stays within your organization's permissions

Limitations

Bob is helpful but not perfect:

• Cannot access external websites
• Cannot make payments
• Cannot delete important data without confirmation
• May need clarification on ambiguous requests
