Understanding the Data

What Counts as Inflow

  • Client payments received
  • Deposits
  • Other income

What Counts as Outflow

  • Vendor payments made
  • Subcontractor payments
  • Expenses paid

Cash flow is based on when money moves, not when invoices are created. An invoice sent but not paid doesn't show as inflow until payment.
